Troy Christian Parent Co-Op

Volunteering for the Eagles is meaningful, rewarding, and a great way to build relationships while making a lasting impact.

As a volunteer, you’ll connect with other parents, form lifelong friendships, and play a vital role in creating special moments for our athletes and families. It’s a tremendous blessing for our players, cheerleaders, and marching band to see their families go above and beyond—not only financially supporting their opportunity to play or cheer but also actively participating in making it happen.

Why Volunteer?

Volunteer Hours Are Necessary

Each year, the Eagles serve hundreds of athletes and their families by providing a wholesome, Christian environment where lifelong friendships are formed through sports and activities. Hosting games for an entire season requires over 1,000 hours of work, all carried out by unpaid volunteers.

Volunteer Hours Help Keep Costs Low

Since the start of our program, inspired by the homeschool community’s co-op model, we have shared the workload by asking everyone who benefits from the program to contribute. By working together, we minimize expenses and keep participation affordable. Without volunteers, we’d need to hire help—an expense of $80,000 or more annually.

How Does It Work?

Volunteer Hours Are Manageable

Families of student-athletes are asked to complete three volunteer shifts per athlete per season. Anyone in the family aged 16 or older can help fulfill this commitment.

You can choose to volunteer during games your child is participating in or during other games, allowing you to relax and enjoy watching your child’s performance.

By volunteering, you’re not just supporting the program but investing in a community that thrives on faith, teamwork, and shared purpose.

Thank you for making a difference and being part of something extraordinary!
